Know Before You Go — Booking FAQs

How do I book a session?
You can book directly through my website by filling out the contact or booking form. I’ll respond within 24 hours to confirm your preferred time, location, and session type.
How do I pay for sessions?
Once your session is confirmed, you’ll receive a secure payment link via Stripe or Square. I accept credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and Zelle for convenience.
Where do you offer training sessions?
I train clients across Chicago, including neighborhoods like Lincoln Park, West Loop, Lakeview, River North, and surrounding areas. I also offer virtual sessions and can meet in your home, a local park, or your preferred location.
What should I bring to a session?
Just wear comfortable workout clothes and bring water. I’ll provide the equipment needed for your workout — dumbbells, resistance bands, mats, and more.
Can I reschedule or cancel a session?
Yes, I understand life happens. Please provide at least 12 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
